The best red light therapy bed in the world.

Over the 30 years, I have researched, tested, tried, and investigated over $1.3 million dollars worth of energy medicine devices, including owning several red light pads, panels, near infrared/red light saunas, and even 3 expensive red light therapy beds, including the Spectra S10 Pro. Before the Spectra, I owned and used the LightStim for 5 years, but as a “bottom only” red light bed, I was missing out on full-body 360-degree coverage. Plus, I had to do both the top and bottom, which took a total of 40 minutes (their recommendation). I later found out the irradiance was under 14 mW/cm², so I eventually felt a little deceived by their sales team.

After that, I upgraded to the Novothor full-body red light bed that DID have a top and bottom AND twice the irradiance. I was able to buy it pre-owned; otherwise, I would have had to spend $140,000. This was a huge upgrade over the LightStim, and I immediately felt better results with only 20 minutes a day. I used the Novothor for 2 years before upgrading to the Spectra S10.

When I first saw the Spectra S10 being installed in my house, I still had the Novothor and the LightStim here. Seeing the S10 side by side with both made it clear it was built a whole lot better — more solid, better-connected coils, and an innovative control tower that reduces EMF to levels lower than any bed I tested. Both the LightStim and Novothor had EMF up to 20 times higher because the power supplies sit right below you. And even though it’s clearly better made than the Novothor, it is over $50,000 less.

But there is still more. The Spectra offers 10 wavelengths and even higher irradiance than the Novothor. The Novothor only has two wavelengths (660 and 850) and two programs. The Spectra adds green, blue, 810, and 1064 — all important for different reasons: 810 and 1064 are the deepest-penetrating wavelengths, blue is good for acne, skin issues, and infections, and green is great for pain relief and energy. You also get 6 fast-start programs, customizable wavelength blends, and the ability to pulse the near-infrared for brain entrainment (Novothor does not offer any of this).

Using the S10 now for a year and a half, it is my daily go-to healing modality for energy medicine alongside PEMF. I notice more energy, it’s great for sleep and workout recovery, and I’ve used it a few times for skin issues and infections — having blue in a full-body bed is really nice.

I have also demoed several other full-body red light beds, and it is very clear to me that there is nothing on the market I would choose to replace the Spectra with. It is the industry leader in full-body red light therapy, and honestly, based on my research and experience, there is no close second.
